In accordance with the Article 10 of the European Human Rights Convention of 4th November 1950 and in accordance with the Article 11 of the Charter of Fundemental Rights of the European Union of 2000 :
“Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers.”
